Austin, Texas, has been expecting two separate craft outfits to commence operations for sometime now. The first was the return of a local legend's name, Celis; the other was the expected second home of Detroit's Atwater Brewery. Well, it turns out they're coming to the state's capital in a package deal of sorts.
