Last August, Southern Tier and Victory, who joined under the umbrella of Artisanal Brewing Ventures, announced that a brewhouse, taproom and corporate offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, would open spring/summer of 2018. With Victory (PA) and Southern Tier (NY) based in different cities, it was time for a co-location.
