“To provide some color: CBA has 11 sales divisions and 3 brand families for a total of 33 possible brand division combinations in analyzing business,” said ops chief Andy Thomas. “Over 75% of decliners came from just 4 of those 33.”

The Third Street brewery at Cold Spring Brewing Co. will add another 100,000 barrels, “with 400,000 barrels annual capacity chasing that,” says general manager Doug DeGeest. He’ll make decisions over the next month on how to allocate the barrels to contract partners.
