Off Color’s John Laffler: Why Make IPA?

Chicago Reader did an interesting if not entirely accurate interview with Goose Island guy turned "Off Color Brewing" co-founder John Laffler. He did not, as article suggests, "create" the "cult success" of Bourbon County Stout. Actually, John's a pretty young dude, and Bourbon County has been around since about 1992. John did R&D and barrel aging operations for Goose, and now he's making acclaimed brews like Troublesome at the new venture.
