We caught up with Ninkasi CEO Nikos Ridge. Having finished last year at almost 70,000 barrels, they're shooting close to the 100,000 barrel mark for 2013, having undergone expansion plans and just broken into SIG's top beer vendors in grocery list despite a small, Northwestern-based footprint.
