It's an interesting read and a good primer on the company that we suggest you check out. But zeroing in on the story, we feel, raises two big questions about the company moving forward. 1) Will New Belgium remain a 100% employee owned craft brewery, or is it just waiting for the right suitor to come a-knocking? And 2) is New Belgium still "a special place to work?"
